The print speed ranges 20mm/s to 100mm/s, we can set the one according to the filament type and the print results we want. Normally we set 40mm/s to get good print results.

You can gently scrape off the residue in the printing platform with a knife. You can change the new one when it is broken.

You can do the leveling when use the printer for the first time or the print results is failure or look no so good, but no need to do the leveling every time before printing the model.

Not directly but your mastercam files can be converted to .STL (Stereolithography) files. Then it needs to be processed through a slicer softwar, which would convert the .STL file into something that the 3D printer can read which are .GCODE files. You can get slicing software like CURA for free online.
