Before making the final purchasing decision, I would like to clarify a few technical and service-related points: Service and technical support in Europe - How is service for Velo+ customers in Europe organized? - Do you have a service center, technician or service partner in Europe? - What is the typical response time in case of a machine failure? - If an on-site repair is required, how is this handled for customers in Poland? - Do you provide remote diagnostics and technical support? Spare parts - Is it possible to purchase a complete set of critical spare parts together with the printer? - If yes, could you recommend such a spare parts package and provide its price? - I am particularly interested in components which could potentially stop the machine, such as the complete hotend, heaters, temperature sensors, extruder components, mainboard, motor drivers, motors, chamber heater components, water cooling pump, fans and leveling sensors. - Do you keep spare parts in a European warehouse? If not, what is the typical delivery time for spare parts to Poland? Klipper and machine configuration - Does the customer have full access to Klipper and the machine configuration? - Is it possible to access and modify printer.cfg and other configuration files? - Is SSH/root access available? - Can the complete machine configuration and firmware be backed up and restored by the customer without assistance from Goofoo? - Can the printer operate completely locally without depending on Goofoo cloud services? Heated chamber and 450°C hotend - Is 70°C the actual continuous operating temperature of the heated chamber, which can be maintained during long prints, for example for 20–50 hours? - Is the 450°C hotend included in the currently offered Velo+ configuration, or is it an additional option? - If it is optional, please include the Velo+ with the 450°C hotend in your quotation. Reference customers - Could you provide a reference to a customer in Poland who is currently using a Goofoo printer, preferably Velo+? - If there is no Velo+ customer in Poland, could you provide a reference to a professional Velo+ user in another European country? - Ideally, I would be interested in a company using the machine regularly for professional or production applications. Warranty - What warranty period applies to a Velo+ purchased by a company in Poland? - Which components are covered by the warranty? - How are warranty repairs and replacement parts handled for European customers? Installation and commissioning - Is the Velo+ delivered fully assembled and ready for operation? - Is any installation or commissioning required after delivery? - Do you provide remote commissioning/support during the first setup? - Is every machine tested before shipment and is a test report supplied with the individual machine? Materials and slicer I am planning to use the machine mainly for technical and engineering parts, including materials such as ASA, ABS, PA-CF, PA-GF, PC and other engineering filaments. - Do you provide tested OrcaSlicer profiles for Velo+? - Do you provide material profiles for engineering filaments? - Which engineering materials have been officially tested and validated on Velo+? Finally, please provide me with your commercial quotation for one Goofoo Velo+ delivered to Poland. Company purchase. I would prefer a DDP quotation delivered directly to our company address in Poland, including transport, customs clearance, customs duties, brokerage fees and all other import-related charges. Please clearly indicate whether Polish/EU VAT is included in the quoted DDP price or whether VAT would need to be accounted for separately. Please include in the quotation: - Velo+ with the 450°C hotend, - all equipment included as standard, - recommended critical spare parts package, - transport to Poland, - customs and import costs, - warranty conditions, - estimated delivery time, - payment terms. At the moment I am comparing several solutions for a large-format professional 3D printer, and the Velo+ is one of the machines I am seriously considering. Reliability, access to spare parts and long-term service support are particularly important to me, as the printer will be used as a working tool in the company.
