    Fully sealed metal double-layer cabinet structure with insulation cotton andintelligent temperature controller ensure a stable temperature inside the cabinet fora long time. it avoids unsatisfactory drying effect or changes in the performance offilaments caused by the temperature fluctuations, an effective solution to theproblem of filaments being affected by moisture and results in a waste, especiallyfor some expensive engineering materials.

    Filament dryer cabinet

    The upper part of the cabinet is equipped with 2 metal shafts, which are used toplace the filament spools. the filaments then can be directly used for 3d printing.The spool adapters can be adjusted to place filaments of 1kg or 3kg per spool, andtotal 1-4 spools according to different size.

    Filament storage rack

    There is a filament rack in the lower part of the cabinet. it can hold openedpackages of filaments that need to be kept dry or be dehumidified due to moisture.

    Intelligent temperature controller

    The digital temperature display is right in front of the top of the cabinet. it can setthe temperature at which you need to dry according to the type of filaments.

    Pneumatic fittings

    There are four pneumatic connectors right above the top of the cabinet, which canbe inserted into the teflon tubing to connect directly to the 3d printer, ensuringthat the dried filaments are not exposed to moisture during the printing process,especially for highly absorbent filaments.in addition, there is a manuallyopenable and closeable double-door air vent, which can lower the moisture insidethe cabinet to be discharged.
