    What should I do if the filaments can't come out?

    1. Filaments are stuck. Before putting in the filaments, A sharp Angle should be cut out in the inlet end of the filaments. Ensure that the filaments can enter smoothly without stuttering.
    2. The print head is blocked. Stop printing first, keep the print head at a long distance from the platform, click "Loading", and help the filaments enter the print head with your hands to see if we can make the filaments smooth extrusion. If the filaments still cannot be extruded smoothly, please send the machine problem video to sales@goofoo3d.com for consultation.
